OUR STORY

     After years of working experience in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Thailand, Thomas and Mathias settled down in a charming 1970s villa situated in the heart of Bangkok. Without altering the soul of the house, they remodeled it and opened the dream they always had: a place for their creativity that they can call home and invite their guests and friends to discover their renewed vision of German gastronomy.

          Realising that engineering didn't fulfil his passion, Chef Nick pursued dual degrees in engineering and culinary science. He graduated with first-class honours in culinary science, inspired by his mother's joyous demeanour whenever she cooked. Intrigued by her habits and motivated by the joy and familial connection that cooking fostered, Chef Nick's fascination with culinary arts grew deep within his mind and soul. Wanghinghoi restaurant is akin to Chef Nick's beating heart, vital to his very existence. His heartfelt declaration resonates with all who know him, as Wanghinghoi embodies his passion, love, and unwavering dedication.
